DENNIS CHAN
Co-Founder and Chairman, DEHK Capital
Dennis is the Co-Founder and Chairman of DEHK Capital. He is also a Director of SteelWave LLC, DEHK Capital’s Partner in the USA specializing in life science and industrial development.
Dennis spent 30 years in the financial industry in Asia-Pacific region, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He was vice-chairman, CEO of Fubon Bank (China) and senior advisor to CEO of Fubon Financial Holdings from 2011 to 2019. Dennis was managing director of Temasek Holdings from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, Dennis served in several managerial positions in Taiwanese banks including executive vice-president of Chinatrust Commercial Bank, and commercial banking group head of Citibank (Taiwan).
Dennis is the independent director of Crédit Agricole CIB China, Acer Gaming Inc. and Acer Medical Inc. He was previously the independent director of Woori Financial Group Inc.
Mr. Chan graduated from Georgetown University in 1991 with an MBA degree.

Yee Ean co-founded DEHK Capital in 2024 and serves as the CEO. Yee Ean possesses extensive leadership experience in both public and private investment platforms.
Prior to founding DEHK Capital, Yee Ean was the CEO of Surbana Jurong Capital and oversaw the development of an $800 million portfolio in real estate development projects in the South-East Asia region. Between 2016 and 2020, Yee Ean served as the first Director General of Investments for Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), investing and managing a portfolio of infrastructure investments of USD 4 billion. He also played key roles in the fund and asset management capabilities of Ascendas Group (now part of Capitaland Group) in Singapore and India, setting up offices in India, co-leading the IPO of Ascendas Hospitality Trust (merged with CapitaLand Ascott Trust) as well as being the Asset Manager of CapitaLand Ascendas Reit (Singapore’s first and largest industrial REIT).
Yee Ean was also the founder of Urbina Capital, a social and economic infrastructure investment platform that will improve the quality of lives of ASEAN people.

Director, Finance and Fund Management
Lintong has more than 17 years of experience in real estate, finance and capital markets. Prior to joining DEHK, Mr Yan led the finance function of two Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts of ESR Group, ARA US Hospitality Trust and ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust (now part of ESR LOGOS Reit). Before that, Lintong was the Assistant Vice President Finance of Ascendas Group (now part of CapitaLand Group) where he was responsible for CapitaLand Ascendas Reit’s reporting, compliance, treasury, M&A, and setting up of country finance in Australia.
Lintong graduated with double degrees summa cum laude in Accountancy and Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a CFA charterholder.
